1What do injectables do?
Injectables also known as neuromodulators are an FDA-approved cosmetic procedure used to treat permanent furrows also known as ‘The Elevens’ between the brow, it is also often used for deep wrinkles like crows feet and much, much more. It contains a purified and safe form of neurotoxin, which when injected, relaxes the facial muscles.
2How do injectables work?
The injectables work by relaxing the facial lines that create wrinkles, leaving the skin looking smoother and younger. It also prevents new lines from forming by blocking muscle contractions beneath the skin that causes wrinkles to form. Without these muscle contractions, your skin appears smoother and more youthful.

Not only are neuromodulators used to remove wrinkles, it is also used to treat severe underarm sweating, also known as hyperhidrosis. Effects can typically last 6 months or longer when used for hyperhidrosis. 5Candidates for injectables

Most anyone is a candidate this wrinkle treatment has become extremely popular. Men or women can get these injections done but the units used will likely vary. Men usually have larger and stronger muscles and may require more units.

There are some restrictions to receiving injectables. We will not perform the procedure if you are pregnant, actively trying to get pregnant or breastfeeding. There are other neurological conditions such as Myasthenia Gravis, Eaton-Lambert Syndrome or ALS that will also prevent you from receiving this treatment.
